In today’s competitive global environment, World Class Quality is expected. What separates Jessen Manufacturing from the competition is our relentless pursuit of continuous quality improvement. While our ISO 9001:2015 certification has provided momentum for this pursuit, we recognize it is the daily incremental improvements which keep Jessen Manufacturing ahead of the competition.

Our methodical approach to Continuous Improvement (CI) starts with our quality policy – “the planned prevention of nonconformance”. This necessitates total commitment from the top down, we have given our employees the tools, the responsibility and the ownership within their work cells to improve
the quality of our products.

Quality

One such tool is Statistical Process Control. This has been in place at Jessen Manufacturing for decades to ensure zero defect levels and measure the effectiveness of improvement activities.

We also expect a commitment to quality from our suppliers, viewing and treating these outside sources as extensions of the Jessen manufacturing process.

All of these – the time, energy, resources and attitude – have created an environment at Jessen Manufacturing which assures you that only high quality products conforming to your standards will be shipped to your dock.
